Be careful when measuring your dog for their collar, because your collar is one of a kind and personalized we cannot be responsible for your error if you order the wrong size, also check your checkout basket carefully to be sure you have ordered the item correctly. If we have produced your collar or leash incorrectly according to your order we will happily send you a new one just return the incorrect item to us.
