Poor customer service |

I bought 2 cat collars and was unhappy with the clasps. Both our cats detached the collars easily because they did not hold together well. I returned the collars for replacement within the return policy period but never heard back from Yappy Pets. I tried twice to reach customer service but got no response. I won't buy another product from them again.
